About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tile Setter Supervisor to join our team at Mountain View Tile Corp. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of tile surfaces in various commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of tile setters to ensure high-quality installations and efficient project completion.
  • Plan and Coordinate Installations: Develop and implement installation plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Inspect and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Manage Materials and Equipment: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of successful tile installation and supervision experience.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks as required.
