Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 12392364 Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
