Compétences et Qualifications Requises:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
  • Préférence pour les candidats ayant un diplôme d'études collégiales.
  • Connaissance des règlements douaniers canadiens est un atout.
  • Familiarité avec les services et systèmes de FedEx Express et FedEx Ground est souhaitable.
  • Capacité à réussir les évaluations de base et les examens périodiques.
  • Capacité à soulever des charges allant jusqu'à 70 lb et à manipuler des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb avec l'aide d'équipements appropriés.
  • Doit réussir les formations et tests obligatoires.
  • Compétences informatiques dans un environnement PC/Windows.
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication verbale.
  • Capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Compétences en négociation.
  • Aptitude à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et surveillé.

Langues: La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise.
