Job Opportunity in Mechanical Engineering
We are seeking a qualified individual for a 12-month Limited Term Appointment (LTA) contract at the rank of Lecturer in the area of Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching fundamental undergraduate courses in mechanical engineering, including mechanical and machine drawing, theory of machines, design, and similar topics.
About the Position
- The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Membership in a Canadian professional engineering association, preferably in Quebec, is required.
- Industrial experience will be a definite asset.
- The candidate must have a strong commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
