Job Description: Business Analyst

As a Data-Driven Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to provide high-quality analytical support to client projects within the life sciences field. Your responsibilities will encompass quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and contributing to the development of strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and specifications that clearly outline project scope and deliverables.
  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify key issues and opportunities for our clients.
  • Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest consulting methodologies and trends within the life sciences market to ensure we deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or analytical capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, R, or Python is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are crucial.
  • A strong understanding of business processes and market dynamics within the healthcare industry is beneficial.
