Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our business objectives by addressing our needs and providing legal advice
  • Lead the legal process in vendor management, consumer protection, privacy, and more
  • Conduct legal research and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Support corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Provide legal opinions and maintain corporate records

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
