About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clean-up Crew Worker to join our team at Anytime Maintenance Inc. as a Maintenance Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Sanitizing and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Window and Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
