About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Goldy's Renovation Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize waste.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
