About the Role

Creative Manitoba is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our CAD Kenaston studio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and contributing to the success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, embodying the core behaviours of a dedicated team member and promoting the brand philosophy of enriching and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring optimal efficiency and a clean, positive, and energetic environment for customers and staff.
  • Manage inventory, guaranteeing an adequate supply of bisque, paints, and other necessary materials.
  • Ensure quality control in the glazing and firing of customer pieces.
  • Maximize business growth opportunities to enhance earning potential.
  • Approach every customer interaction with warmth, care, and empathy, fostering a sense of comfort and confidence in customers throughout their pottery painting experience.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive base salary range of $17 – $23 per hour, increasing with leadership skills and relevant experience. You will also receive 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO), increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years of service, as well as comprehensive benefits, including Basic Life, Drug, Dental, Health, and Vision coverage.
