Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to company and property rules by residents.
  • Enforce residential tenancy regulations.
  • Attend to emergencies promptly.
  • Collect and review maintenance requests from residents.
  • Maintain good communication and responsiveness with residents.

Property Inspection and Security

  • Daily and nightly property inspections.
  • Report vandalism and damage.
  • Monthly unit inspections.
  • Secure common area amenities and facilities.
  • Check operational status of equipment and furniture.

Caretaking

  • Clean common areas thoroughly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and security in underground garage/basement.
  • Keep storage areas and rental office tidy.
  • Ensure cleanliness and security in mechanical rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of lobbies and entrances.
  • Clean vacated suites and ensure move-out requirements are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the building exterior.

Rental Responsibilities

  • Handle rental inquiries and conduct showings.
  • Complete move-in and move-out condition reports accurately.
  • Collect rent and deposits, follow up on late payments.
  • Process residential tenancy act notices and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Basic operations of a computer and smartphone.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Previous building management or related field experience.
