About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Truestea Café Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in preparing and serving food to customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Ensure that all food is handled and presented in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the café's physical space, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customer needs and responding promptly to requests.
    • Assist customers with orders and ensure that they are satisfied with their experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all supplies are stored in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
