Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Layout and Installation Procedures

Develop and implement efficient installation procedures to ensure timely completion of projects.

Measure and Mark Guidelines

Accurately measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure precise fit and finish.

Prepare and Maintain Work Materials

Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are readily available.

Erect and Install Scaffolding

Safely erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to facilitate installation.

Support for Diverse Groups
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.

Support for Youths

Provide on-the-job training tailored to youth, promoting skills development and career advancement.

Support for Indigenous People

Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural understanding and collaboration.

Support for Mature Workers

Provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, promoting diversity and inclusion.
