Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and coaching to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide feedback and performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses and labour costs.
