Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Manitoba Ltd. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, working as part of a two-person team or convoy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance and receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • International driving experience
  • Long-haul driving experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border and internationally
  • Willingness to work overtime
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, traveling across the country. You will be required to work overtime and be away from home for extended periods.
