Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs efficiently.
  • Department Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization during official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; oversee overall human resources planning.
Supervision

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced environment that requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Employment Details

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week. The working language is English.
