Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Easton's Group of Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and security functions.
  3. Ensure compliance with quality and brand standards, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  4. Manage budgets and financial reports, and make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the hotel's assets.
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing team, and foster positive relationships with owners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of general management experience in a high-level operations role, or prior general manager experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel to attend workshops and conferences.
