Auto Body Repairer Job Description

A1 BULLER AUTO COLLISION LTD is seeking a skilled Auto Body Repairer to join our team. As an Auto Body Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors.
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Work Environment:

The work environment is noisy, and the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of concentration.
