Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Assist with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
- Monitor resident well-being, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Participate in common area cleaning, laundry, and resident care assignments as required.
- Complete resident care tasks as outlined in their personal service plan.
- Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program.
- Medication Certification.
- Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
