Hello, I'm Guillaume, a senior recruitment and business development consultant at Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in IT recruitment.

We're currently looking for an IT Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, for at least 6 months, renewable. The proposed hourly wage will be discussed based on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Team Management

• Coach and lead a team of eight to ensure that all programs and activities meet the organization's needs.

Operational Technology

• Maximize the use of operational technologies to support teaching and production activities.

IT Resource Management

• Manage all IT resources, including applications, infrastructure, and IT staff.

Project Execution

• Ensure the timely execution of the organization's major IT projects.

System Maintenance

• Oversee the operation of computerized systems and the maintenance of IT assets.

Service Agreements

• Manage service agreements, office automation, networking, telecommunications, and information technologies.

Technical Advisory

• Act as technical advisor to General Management and managers to optimize the use of IT resources.

Information Security

• Actively participate in information security management by identifying and implementing best practices.

Regulatory Compliance

• Develop and deploy action plans to meet IT security regulatory requirements.

Digital Transformation

• Contribute to the consolidation of data processing centers and the deployment of solutions involving artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science

• 6 years' experience in a management or executive role

• Good knowledge of applications (corporate applications, software development) and infrastructure (hardware, software, network, servers, telephony, IT security)

• Solid experience in team management (daily activity, performance, skills development)

• Knowledge of budgetary and financial management
