We are currently seeking a qualified, motivated, and client-focused individual to fill the role of Senior Accountant. This position is crucial to our operations, and as a member of our team, you will have the chance to advance your career through rewarding and challenging opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Planning year-end activities for various clients, including direct communication and coordination
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including notice to reader, review, and audit reports
  • Overseeing engagements and associated tax filings in a paperless office setting
  • Identifying and addressing engagement-related issues
  • Training and mentoring junior staff during engagements
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with our services
  • Delivering timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Recognizing and nurturing new sales/service opportunities for clients

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A University Business Degree
  • CPA designation is advantageous
  • A minimum of three years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
  • A genuine passion for client service
