About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinetmaker's Helper to join our team at R.A.M CONTRACTING LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our cabinetmakers in various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Read blueprints and instructions to determine work requirements and complete tasks accordingly.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

As a Cabinetmaker's Helper, you will work in various locations, including industrial, commercial, and residential construction sites. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 hours per week.
