We are seeking a skilled and friendly Lounge Server to join our team at WESTCORP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.

Job Summary

The Lounge Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing cash and recording sales.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • ProServe program certification.
  • Aloha Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
