We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mushroom Picker to join our team at ASIA PACIFIC FARM ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for harvesting and collecting mushrooms in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Education and Experience: No formal degree is required, but relevant experience in mushroom harvesting or a related field is highly valued.
• Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors in various conditions, including confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and areas with strong odors and dust.
• Type of Crops: You will be responsible for harvesting a variety of mushroom species.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads. You must also be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and have good hand-eye coordination and color vision.
• Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability. You must be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.

• Work Term: This is a permanent position.

• Hours: You will work 40 hours per week.
