Your Role and Responsibilities


• Execute production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.

• Perform demonstration flights for prospective clients.

• Conduct Customer Acceptance flights.

• Undertake Ferry flights.

• Manage pre and post-flight activities.

• May be required to support weekend schedules for extended periods.

• May assist the Bombardier Flight Test Center.

• May be tasked with reviewing manuals and other documentation.

• Fulfill secondary duties to support the flight operations team.

Essential Qualifications


• Possess a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate.

• Accumulate a minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time, including 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on large multi-engine aircraft.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.

• Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training is a significant advantage.

• An US ATP is considered an asset.

• Must have the legal right to work and reside in Canada.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capable of executing the responsibilities of an aircraft commander while fostering a positive and cooperative relationship with crew and management.

• Manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
