Job Title: Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Mattel Canada, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Job Summary:

The Software Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software systems that meet business requirements

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
