  • Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content, including manuals, user guides, and other documents, to explain complex software and equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to establish factual content and gather necessary information to support our company's goals.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure that all content is accurate, concise, and free of errors, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Oversee the editorial production process, from idea generation to publication, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our company and external stakeholders, including media and the public, to promote our brand and values.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, strong research and analytical skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, and English language proficiency.
