About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ATB Financial. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and insights to identify unique opportunities that will support our working and leadership teams to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models.
  • Determine opportunities through analysis to move key success measures.
  • Develop and maintain data models aligned with key enterprise measures and collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
  • Establish workforce planning, total cost of ownership, and target setting processes to enable the capability to track, evaluate, and assess the value generated by initiatives over the long term.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding and skill-set in data analysis and data visualization (e.g. statistical analysis and Tableau or other visualization software).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and how to write efficient SQL queries.
  • Great communication - regularly achieve consensus amongst technical and business teams.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • Understanding of a programming language.
