We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ATB Financial. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and insights to identify unique opportunities that will support our working and leadership teams to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models.
- Determine opportunities through analysis to move key success measures.
- Develop and maintain data models aligned with key enterprise measures and collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
- Establish workforce planning, total cost of ownership, and target setting processes to enable the capability to track, evaluate, and assess the value generated by initiatives over the long term.
- A strong understanding and skill-set in data analysis and data visualization (e.g. statistical analysis and Tableau or other visualization software).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and how to write efficient SQL queries.
- Great communication - regularly achieve consensus amongst technical and business teams.
- Experience in data modeling.
- Understanding of a programming language.
