Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small group of internal audit specialists conducting moderately complex audits.
  • Ensure completion of assigned audits within the established timeframes and budgetary constraints.
  • Identify, evaluate, and propose solutions for emerging risks.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of audit processes, including the creation of automated routines to streamline audit testing.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to the business, discussing practical cross-functional solutions.
  • Advise on appropriate and practical solutions to risk and control challenges.
  • Utilize knowledge of internal audit standards, policies, and local regulations to deliver timely audit assurance.
  • Mentor and develop internal audit personnel, providing guidance to team members.
  • Carefully evaluate risks when making business decisions, with a strong emphasis on the firm's reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, exercising sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and effectively managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in auditing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient project management capabilities.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
