Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at Emtec, working on large-scale government client projects in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and hands-on experience with BMC-ITSM deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement applications to support projects, departments, and organizations;
  • Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications;
  • Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions;
  • Provide system expertise to functional and technical teams;
  • Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues;

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Systems Analyst implementing BMC-ITSM projects or 5+ years ITSM project implementation experience with the ability to complete BMC training;
  • Previous experience working on government projects;
  • Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and/or BMC Atrium Orchestrator;
  • ITIL certification;
  • BMC certifications;
  • Government of Canada security clearance in process or completed;
