DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO: Supervisor de Operaciones - HVAC/R
El equipo de servicios de Black & McDonald en el sur de Ontario está en busca de un Supervisor de Operaciones - HVAC/R para unirse a su equipo en crecimiento. Este puesto reporta al Gerente de Operaciones de Servicio y se centra en liderar y desarrollar un equipo de técnicos de servicio HVAC/R. Las responsabilidades incluyen supervisar la entrega de servicios HVAC/R, colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo empresarial y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la finalización de trabajos a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades:
- Supervisar a los técnicos y asegurar que el trabajo se complete según los estándares de la empresa.
- Monitorear el progreso del trabajo y programar inspecciones de mantenimiento.
- Realizar inspecciones en el sitio para asegurar la calidad.
- Apoyar a otros oficios para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.
- Mantener relaciones con los clientes y resolver problemas.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de aprendices y técnicos.
- Recomendar acciones de personal.
- Comunicar con los Coordinadores de Servicio para organizar el trabajo diario.
- Identificar la capacitación técnica para el personal de campo.
- Hacer cumplir las condiciones de trabajo seguras.
REQUISITOS:
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en la industria HVAC/R.
- Licencia de gas G.1, 313-A o certificación Red Seal preferida.
- Educación postsecundaria en un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa en liderazgo en un entorno comercial.
HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES:
- Enfoque colaborativo y emprendedor.
- Habilidades de liderazgo efectivas.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Habilidades técnicas en computación.
- Capacidad para obtener una autorización de seguridad.
