Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in a hospital or home for the aged setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience in patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Deliver health education programs to patients and their families.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
