Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer and client experiences while monitoring overall satisfaction through feedback and reviews.
- Provide prompt responses to potential client inquiries.
- Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software and technology.
- Facilitate client approval of project scopes and estimates through effective negotiation.
- Coordinate and supervise crews and resources to ensure timely service delivery on active projects, including subcontractors.
- Review job site documentation to validate services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage production costs related to equipment, vehicles, and other materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.
Position Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in the cleaning/restoration industry is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders.
- Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
- Flexibility to travel locally and out of state as needed.
- Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable laws.
