Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer and client experiences while monitoring overall satisfaction through feedback and reviews.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential client inquiries.
  • Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software and technology.
  • Facilitate client approval of project scopes and estimates through effective negotiation.
  • Coordinate and supervise crews and resources to ensure timely service delivery on active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review job site documentation to validate services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing procedures.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production costs related to equipment, vehicles, and other materials.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Prior experience in the cleaning/restoration industry is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders.
  • Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable laws.
