At Inno Foods, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders. Your expertise will also be utilized to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for drawing up production schedules, inspecting kitchen and food service areas, and operating machinery. Responsibilities:

* Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
* Draw up production schedules
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas
* Operate machinery
* Organize and maintain inventory
