- Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices and team members.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Authorize financial transactions and manage inventory orders.
- Handle merchandise returns and establish work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales and prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel issues.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory and oversee the activities of the team.
- Manage payroll processes and supervise both office and volunteer staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
