Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information regarding our vehicle inventory.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide them with personalized vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct test drives and provide customers with detailed information about our vehicles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product information to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid OMVIC certification is required.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
