Beer Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and providing advice about merchandise to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide advice and recommendations to guests on beer and spirits products
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Greet guests and discuss their needs and preferences
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a hotel, motel, or liquor and wine store environment
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Gratuities
