CB Canada is seeking a skilled Information Systems Analyst to support our client in the Consulting Sector.
Role Overview
- Engage with the Information Technology team focusing on Access Control transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across various business domains (Tax, Audit, Advisory, etc.) to assess their existing applications and environments, while detailing requirements and governance for the desired future state.
- Partner with key stakeholders across all business functions to ensure technology solutions align with overarching business strategies.
- Utilize diverse techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, shadowing) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current business landscape.
- Collect requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for development teams through user stories, use cases, and both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of business operations to address challenges and leverage opportunities for enhancement.
- Support one or more intricate business processes.
- Contribute to the definition and documentation of governance policies.
- Act as a bridge between the business community and the IT department to deliver technical solutions that fulfill user requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience with technology-related projects, particularly in access control and identity management.
- Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements from various teams and synthesize them into cohesive specifications that will guide IT activities.
