Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Développement Pro Expert Inc. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office building, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a secure environment
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance

  • Own transportation
Work Environment:

The Housekeeping Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
