We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at ARCADIAN SERVICES LTD. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to construct and repair structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems to ensure the stability and integrity of buildings.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to complete the finishing touches on construction projects.
- Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring a combination of physical stamina and attention to detail.
Requirements- Judgement and reliability are essential for this role, as the candidate will be working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
