We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Automotive Product Ambassador to represent our brand at various events. Primary Responsibilities:- Product Presentation: Skillfully demonstrate and articulate the features, advantages, and technology of our vehicles to event attendees.
- Visitor Engagement: Interact with guests in a welcoming and approachable manner, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive information about the showcased vehicles.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand representative, embodying the brand's values and messaging while engaging with the public.
- Lead Collection: Gather and document visitor contact information for potential sales leads, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Remain informed about all product offerings, including vehicle specifications and promotional activities, to facilitate accurate communication with visitors.
- Event Collaboration: Work alongside the event team to ensure the booth aligns with brand standards and that all materials are organized.
- Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by identifying potential customers and encouraging further discussions with interested parties.
- Reporting Duties: Provide daily updates to the event manager, including visitor feedback, common inquiries, and any challenges faced.
- Experience: Previous experience in a product specialist role, automotive sales, or a similar position, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Automotive Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, particularly the brand's offerings, features, and technology.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor throughout the event.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the event team and adapt to dynamic environments.
