About the Role

The Management Development Trainee role at EMCO Waterworks/EMCO Aqueduc is a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management position within our organization.

Program Overview

The program is divided into four phases, each focusing on a specific aspect of our business:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service - You will gain hands-on experience in warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.
  • Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement - You will develop skills in customer problem-solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and procurement processes.
  • Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales - You will learn business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base, and creating stronger partnerships.
  • Phase 4: Leadership and Operations - You will develop leadership skills, support the team through coaching and mentoring, and set vision and strategy for the business.
Qualifications and Requirements
