- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our early childhood education staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality programs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure our programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- Certifications: Child development supervisor (ECE level 3)
