Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Certifications and Qualifications
  • A Safe Food Handling certificate is required for this role.
Work Environment
  • This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
