As a Process Engineer at Fed Manutech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the start-up of new production projects and ensure the successful implementation of new equipment.
- Analyze and report on current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage production start-ups and shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and implement process improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to identify and rectify non-conformities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in chemistry or petrochemistry is a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field.
- Membership with CPI or OIQ is a plus.
- Knowledge of production tools and processes.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a generous holiday policy and group insurance.
- A hybrid or drive-in/drive-out work arrangement.
