Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that reflect our restaurant's global cuisine theme.
  • Culinary Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
