We are currently seeking an Integration Lead for an 18-month contract to assist with our ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of integration solutions that encompass both legacy and new systems, with a primary focus on SAP integration. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring seamless integration and effective communication across various systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the creation and deployment of integration solutions for both legacy and modern systems, whether on-premise or cloud-based, including SAP. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to establish integration requirements and objectives. Perform thorough analyses of existing systems to identify integration opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and optimize SAP integration. Design and implement integration architectures, patterns, and frameworks that meet the integration needs, with a strong emphasis on SAP. Ensure compliance of integration solutions with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration-related challenges, ensuring smooth integration across diverse systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams engaged in integration projects, particularly focusing on SAP. Oversee integration projects, including resource management, timeline oversight, and budget compliance, ensuring successful project delivery. Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in integration, especially regarding SAP, and utilize them to enhance organizational integration capabilities. Monitor integration performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of integration experience, including leadership exposure and a specific focus on SAP integration. Strong understanding of integration technologies, frameworks, and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL, messaging queues, and SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, Azure Integration Services). Proven experience in integrating SAP systems with other applications, databases, and platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of legacy systems and the ability to integrate them with modern systems, including SAP. Familiarity with various SAP modules and functional areas, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP CRM, etc. Solid understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations, particularly concerning SAP integration within the relevant industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing complex integration challenges. Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure successful outcomes.
