Job Title: Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

TOTEM recruteur de talent is looking for an Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to assist financial advisors in their various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to financial security advisors in all administrative, operational, and business development tasks.
  • Digitally manage and organize investment and insurance transactions for clients in accordance with the advisors' protocols.
  • Carefully coordinate and prepare advisor meetings and associated documentation.
  • Oversee client files, ensuring timely submission of forms, follow-up on transactions, and confirmation of operations.
  • Welcome clients, respond to phone inquiries, and manage email communications.
  • Engage in the creation of marketing materials and enhance client experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal team-building activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in office management, administration, or financial services (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with technology and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in financial services or customer service is advantageous.
