  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and meets regulatory standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are readily available when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescription records, ensuring that all information is secure and confidential.
  • General Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and stored.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all customers are seen in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
