Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Stint Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites as required.
  • Tend or Feed Machines: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction as directed by supervisors.
  • Measure Wood Products: Measure wood products to ensure conformance to specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
