Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing, Contracting & Access Analytics to play a pivotal role in enhancing patient access through strategic pricing initiatives. This position will be based in Canada and is integral to our Value, Access & NPP team.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties:
- Oversee the analysis of rebate simulations and sensitivity assessments for various business cases and net pricing requests.
- Design models to assess access strategies across all product lines, including those nearing loss of exclusivity.
- Participate in ad-hoc business evaluations, forecasting activities, and the annual price adjustment process.
- Assist with PMPRB pre-assessments and aid in formulating Canadian introductory pricing for upcoming products.
- Review contracts and invoicing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Innovate and refine processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing function.
- Serve as a key contact and support for the Director of Pricing, Contracting & Access.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years in a senior financial planning management role.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on collaboration across multifunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to assess market dynamics independently.
- Strategic mindset with business acumen; adept at engaging with executives and key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector, particularly the Canadian healthcare system and reimbursement landscape is advantageous.
